Track is derived from "34414", with additional verses. Many of the song's lyrics consist of passages directly from the book. 

The first six seconds of this track are non-music featuring sound effects mimicking the "cracking open" of a book and turning of pages as if one is about to start reading followed by a woman (presumably Madonna) clearing her throat as if in preparation to read out loud. There is then a pause (a full second of silence) and at eight seconds, the music portion of the track begins.
