Why we chose Glitterfox’s “Highway Forever”
Limited to 300 copies, this pressing of “Highway Forever” is an excellent collection of singles Glitterfox released on venerable PNW label Kill Rock Stars with a few bonus live tracks added to round things out. It’s chock full of songs that are bound to get stuck in your head and you’ll get cool points for having it in your collection before it becomes a collector’s item.
As for the band, hailing from Portland, Glitterfox is one of the fastest rising stars in the Pacific Northwest. Their southern-tinged, Americana-meets-classic rock sound is unlike anything currently happening and “Highway Forever” is a shining example of Glitterfox's stellar songwriting and musicianship.
